Credits, readings and refunds

Credits purchased on Predicta provide access to readings and other digital services available on the platform.

If purchased credits have not been used, consumers retain any withdrawal rights provided by applicable law, including the 14-day right where applicable.

When credits are used for a reading or digital content, the user requests immediate delivery. Once correctly generated and made available, used credits are considered consumed and are non-refundable except where required by law.

If credits are used but the reading is not generated because of a technical problem attributable to Predicta, contact support. After verification, Predicta may restore the credits, provide access again or issue a refund where required.

Mandatory consumer rights recognised by law remain unaffected.
