For any request about your data, write to info@tarocchi-online.net or use the contact form on this site. We reply within 30 days, usually within 48 hours.

Email address: when you unlock a reading or subscribe to the daily horoscope.

Birth date and, if provided, birth time: used to compute your sun sign and, for the natal chart, your full chart.

Browsing language: so we send content in the right language.

Anonymised IP address (irreversible hash): used to enforce the daily free-reading limit and prevent abuse.

The question you ask the cards and the resulting reading: processed to generate your answer; not linked to your name.

Payment data: handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

Aggregated technical browsing data (pages viewed, referrer, device) for statistics.

Sending the daily horoscope and service communications: your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the checkbox and confirmed with the verification code sent by email.

Delivering purchased readings and natal charts, support and receipts: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Free-reading limits, abuse prevention and site security: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Accounting and tax obligations for purchases: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Tarot readings and horoscopes are provided for entertainment and personal reflection and are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Please do not include health data or other special categories under Art. 9 GDPR in your questions.

Our cloud and database provider, hosting the site and data on our behalf as a processor.

Our email delivery service, used for verification codes, the daily horoscope and service messages.

PayPal, as an independent controller for payments.

Google Analytics, for aggregated usage statistics.

We never sell, rent or share your email with third parties for marketing.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or on an adequacy decision.

Subscriber email and birth data: until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion; with no interaction, at most 24 months from your last open or visit.

Verification codes: deleted or invalidated within minutes.

Hashed IP addresses for the free limit: 90 days.

Purchase records: 10 years, for tax purposes.

At any time you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise these rights write to info@tarocchi-online.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom: one click stops all further sending immediately, with no need to contact us.

We use technical cookies necessary for the site to work and to remember your preferences (language, reading state), plus statistical measurement tools. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.

The service is for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we become aware of it, we delete it.
