The price applicable to each service, digital product or credit package is clearly displayed before the user confirms the purchase.

Users have the opportunity to review the applicable price before completing payment.

Predicta may change its prices, credit packages or commercial offers from time to time. Any change will not affect purchases already completed. The price applicable to a transaction is the price displayed to the user before confirmation of that transaction.

Predicta may allow users to purchase credits that can be used to access eligible digital services available on the platform.

Purchased credits are associated with the user's account.

Credits: are intended exclusively for use within Predicta; have no monetary value outside the platform; cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash; are personal and non-transferable, unless Predicta expressly provides otherwise; are deducted from the user's balance when an eligible service is purchased or unlocked.

The number of credits required for a service is displayed before the user confirms its use.

Payments are currently processed through PayPal.

Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices. Predicta does not directly store the user's complete payment instrument details.

Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future. When applicable, the available payment methods will be displayed to the user before purchase.

Predicta does not currently offer subscriptions or automatic renewals.

Every purchase is a separate transaction and requires a new voluntary action and explicit confirmation by the user.

Purchasing credits or a digital service does not authorize Predicta to automatically charge the user again in the future.

If subscriptions or recurring payment services are introduced in the future, the applicable terms, price, billing frequency, renewal conditions and cancellation procedure will be clearly presented before the user subscribes.

Before completing a transaction, the user is shown the relevant price and the product, service or credit package being purchased.

Once payment has been successfully processed, the purchase is confirmed according to the normal operation of Predicta and the applicable payment provider.

Where the purchase concerns credits, the corresponding credits are added to the user's account following successful confirmation of the transaction.

If a user experiences a duplicated payment, an unrecognized transaction, a successful payment without the corresponding credits being added, or another billing-related issue, the user should contact Predicta support using the contact details provided on the website.

The user should provide sufficient information to allow the transaction to be identified and investigated.

Refunds, withdrawal rights and any applicable exceptions concerning digital content or digital services are governed by Predicta's Money-Back / Refund Policy, the Terms of Use and applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in these Billing Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Predicta may update these Billing Terms when necessary, including to reflect changes to its services, payment methods, credit system or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on the website together with its revision date.

Changes to these Billing Terms do not retroactively alter the price or conditions of purchases already completed.
